Take an incredibly beautiful drive up the Washougal River. As you follow the River Road, keep an eye out for the numerous bald eagles that call the Washougal River area home. A delicious breakfast awaits you near milepost 10.
The American Legion Post 122's "2nd Sunday of the Month Breakfast" helps raise money to support local veterans programs and residents of the larger rural community. Breakfast is served from 8am to noon and includes pancakes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, orange juice and coffee.
The Legion Post is located at 10221 Washougal River Road, Washougal WA 98671. The cost is $7.00 for adults and $3 for children payable at the door.
